Offensive Transition Bug

I noticed that when a player is attempting a transition basket and gets fouled that the team with the player that was fouled gets the ball again under their own basket. There are no free throws as I would have expected. Also, there is a message that says the player that was fouled has 0 fouls. I was wondering if anyone else noticed this. I am playing with version 1.4 and I coach all my games in 2D mode.
