I have noticed my team has a horrible time winning on the road. It's shooting percentage is especially low. Any suggestions?

Just like in real life NCAA basketball, the home team have a huge advantage and wins are difficult when travelling...so what you're encountering merely is mirroring the real world. As your team becomes stronger, they will begin winning more on the road, but unless they are a juggernaut, road wins will difficult.
