I am considering purchasing dds college basketball 2018. However I don't want to miss out on 2019's changes. Any rough idea of 2019 release date?

Maybe Gary will answer and you will get a more definitive answer, but the versions of CB2016, 2017 and 2018 have come out from mid-Feb to early March each time.

Like PG said, usually imagine the games coming out before or a little after the respective season's sports start (March Madness being for college basketball) and the basketball and pro/college football games here pretty soon. I would definitely recommend getting CB2018 before the next game comes out.
