Impact of Not Going to Camps

I'm coaching at Montana and wondering how to spend limited budget dollars. What are thoughts about buying the regional gold report and not going to any camps? Anyone have a clue how that impacts recruiting success, especially since not many of my targets will be at the camp?

Personally, if you don't have much of a recruiting budget, I think the Gold Report takes too large of a percentage of available funds. I think going to your regional camp yields better results.
