Also, remember players on your Call List are receiving regular calls from your staffers. Those are increasing interest in your program a tad every time, also. that's why some players eventually become willing to listen to your call.

I think your staff calls do two things: !) increase interest slightly every week (although other schools are calling too and you are not gaining an advantage over them) and 2) they find out info on a recruit's likes and dislikes so you don't have to waste your valuable time making a call about that topic.

As has been mentioned, until you visit and emphasize your best advantage, you have not gained any recruiting point advantages over the other schools.

Which is why you should always talk about the most advantageous area you have, then the second most, etc. until the kid decides.
