This link takes me back to the Dec post. Can you confirm this is the most up to date file? Just want to be sure I am downloading the most up to date file for the rosters and coaches. Thanks again.

Yes thats the most up to date file for the rosters. The link to the coaches is also the most up to date link. What I typically do is just replace the link with a new link for something more up to date and list the date at the top of the same post. I will also put a "bump" posting in the thread so if you subscribe to the thread you will know when I have made any updates. Hope that helps.
