Where can I install the game?

I need to download the game on my new laptop - but I haven';t been emailed the demo despite clicking on the free demo link over and over. Isnt there somewhere I can just download the full game? This is ridiculous should be the most basic easy thing in the world to do - Ive owned the game forever now and cant even get this simple thing to work sometimes this game really frustrates me!
