Yeah... keep doing that. Your whole team will need to be rebuild almost every season. I've played 40+ seasons... always lose over 1/2 of my players or more. This is NOT realistic.

We're up to version 3.0.7 and as far as I know these issues have been updated. If there are still issues, please update to the latest version and join the slack channel so we work on diagnosing the issue and debugging your league file.
