Hey all
I'm currently trying out the demo for '19 to create a custom league.
Is there an idiot's guide to the game and creating/modifying teams/leagues.
I've tried exporting data but can't find the file afterwards.
Hoping anyone can help!!

You are just trying to modify team information? You certainly don't need to export any file to do that.

Just highlight each individual team and click on the "Team Info" tab on the left hand menu bar. There you will be given the option to change team names, logos, cities, colours, etc etc. As far as modifying league stuff, I don't have the game open at the moment but there I believe click OPTIONS on the top menu bar, then there's a league settings tab where you can modify some things. But, if you could mention more specifically what you're trying to change/edit, I could be of more assistance.

You can either mod teams in the Teams.xml, or you can do it ingame by editing the team info. Notive that editing the xml, will only affect leagues created after the edit is done.

You dont need the exports for modding. But if you need to find them they will be in mydocuments/wolverinestudios/DDSPF/leagues/yourleaguename

My aim is to create all movie/tv based teams (Varsity Blues, Friday Night Lights)
Later on I want to run a draft as it's always been an argument with my team about who they'd draft first

Sorry for the short reply, was in work and wanted to get a reply out.
My aim is to create a load of football teams and players based on movies and tv shows, such as Remember The Titans and Varsity Blues.
I understand (I think) how to create/edit teams and logos but not sure how to edit players names and stats.
Any help is greatly appreciated

You can either export all of your players from the search screen, edit them in a text editor, re-import them, or you can click on each player and click edit player to edit names and ratings.

I'm in the same boat. I've tried converting some of the NFL 18 files to CSV but data is going all over the place.

There’s a custom Json converter in the mod section

Doesn't this just convert CSV to JSON?
I want to edit the data in CSV but that's where the issue lies
