I can't find it.
How to submit news in this 2019 version?

I'd have to check... could be it got removed incorrectly and needs to be added back in a patch.

I found it now - under Home on the office page/sheet.
I must have been blind?
It used to be in the eMail section in the previous versions - which may have been more closer to the subject.

Anyway, I was really scared, this nice feature would have been deleted with the new version 2019. Puh...
