Hello,
I imported the a PF16 file into PF19, I clicked a player then my game crashed. I have no idea what happened.

I'm not sure we've tested from PF16 to 19... may have to do PF16 to 18, then 18 to 19. If you want to share the 16 file I can take a look for a patch if it's something easy.
