Contract acceptance emails (over and over)

So when I negotiate contracts and a player accepts... almost every week during the season I get a message that XXX player accepts the contract though he signed it weeks earlier in the season. Is this happening to others out there?

It's not just you unfortunately. The contract side of things is still not fully fixed by the looks of it.

Hopefully we get a new patch soon. Also see a lot of team kicking with their punter, and random crashes.

I happen to another error. I can't resign contracts. I offer new contracts and no one answers. Almost all my team left in free agency.

I have the same problem, every year all my players in free agency... i offer new contracts, no one answers...
