How do I set up online league? Is LAN possible?

I want to play an online league with my brother. I don't want to bu any ftp server bullshit and I don't know which of these sketchy free ones to use. Can anyone suggest something for me to use? Or is it possible to do this on a local network and circumvent all this FTP bullshit. $35 for a game without LAN capability...

For online league publishing, etc. you can "generate HTML" and then manually copy it to a lan or to some shared location. Or you could just put the .bin file in some common place and both load off of that and use online or sandbox mode. You'd just have to keep straight who was "commissioner" and who was simming, etc.
