Add different football leagues rules!

This would make leagues vary alot more to start off the selections could be:
NFL
CFL (Wider field,there rules)
Arena/Indoor (50 yd field,there rules)
Alliance Football (4 and 12 conversation,no extra point only 2 pt,no kickoffs)
And Maybe just even a custom selection. (Kickoffs On/off,extra point on off,two point on off,field size,field width (Normal/CFL), and many more!

Appreciate the suggestion, but at this time we're really just focused on NFL style rules.
