Getting in touch with the developers

Is there a better way than using this forum to get in touch with the developers/programmers of the game to discuss bugs or 'features'?

The best way is to fill out the bug report form. I've had great luck with the support staff.

Generally support tickets get responded to first, and the slack channel gets a lot of answers too since there are multiple people hanging out there. I try and get to forum stuff when I can, but in general we hope the community chips in and can answer stuff there. The forum gets more attention around release time, but then falls off a bit during the off-season when we switch to focus on new development.
