Suggestion - Allow any position to return kicks

Why limit who can return kicks? I have a team with a super fast backup QB, thought it would be neat to have him return kicks. This is a game after all...just a minor suggestion but I Thought it'd be cool-lets let any position be assigned to return kicks and/or punts.
