Doubtful means they probably won't heal up in enough time to start that week. Questionable means they have a chance. Probably means they have a good chance.

I've always looked at it like
probable - 75% chance he plays
questionable -50/50
doubtful - 25% chance to play
probable - 75% chance he plays
questionable -50/50
doubtful - 25% chance to play
