I'm sure this will evolve over time but I would also look at it from the standpoint of Cousins signing with GS is an extreme fluke and it would be more likely that a bad team could throw a ton of money at a player like Cousins and then would change whatever they were doing to suit him so for the time being I think it works better this way but I'm sure in the future it will evolve to be more complex

Is there any way to create your own offensive strategy instead of using the ones that are provided?

Could do something where you only get so many points to put into the different aspects of offensive strategies.
