DDSPB3 started on June 20, making expansion possible immediately. Great!

DDSPB 2017 does not, so I need to sit through the sim of an entire season before I can try to run an expansion. Boring!
Of course, it turns out the it doesn't matter, because the expansion draft won't work properly, but I posted those details on the DDSPB 2017 board, so I'll move on.

Could you please make the game start on June 20 this time as it did on DDSPB3? And, of course, make sure the expansion draft works properly?

The game has not started on that date for a LONG time - I don't even remember how many versions ago DDSPB3 was. The expansion draft does work properly - I am not sure what the issue is with your DDSPB17 game but we will certainly look into it and see what is going on.
