Commissioner Mode?

I must be missing something since it hasn't been asked yet but isn't there a commissioner mode in solo this year? Don't see a place to turn it on or off. Want to make trades concurrent with NBA and edit some players

Yeah moved it both to be easier to access for the solo player but also its now much more useful and easier for a MP commish to move around between teams if needed
