Every time I try to convert my league files into a ms access file my game crashes? Says "Item not found" Anything im missing or doing wrong?

This is happening when you are attempting to use the export database option from the commissioner office?

Yeah I’ve tested it a few times and it gives me an error/crashes every time.

You are running version 1.0 of the game correct and not a FirstAccess build? I'm able to export the database just fine.

Version 1.0...simply created a league and quick start...immediately went into commish screen and hit export button...get this every time.

Did you do a reinstall of version 1.0 or just used the update? Try reinstalling the entire version 1.0 build

Yes, was the update version. Downloaded the latest demo (which is now 1.1) and it seemed to work fine.

I have it on Steam, would it still apply now?

I uninstalled and reinstalled and it seems to work now, thanks!
