Hi all,

for some reason, i can not drag a player into the Trading Block or Trade Components box.

Any ideas how this could be fixed?

edit: Additional issue, maybe someone knows a quick fix:

I cant continue to sim a day where i have no game. I get the message "Invalid Roster Settings - "

I dont have any injured players, my roster is valid so i cant progress

For the invalid roster settings error its probably a d-league team. Look to see if a game has not been played on the schedule and that's the team that needs help fixing a problem. If you submit the game files to us we will be happy to look at it and see what the AI is doing wrong.

I haven't heard of that issue with the trade screen but will look into it as well if you submit the files. Instructions are under the help menu in the game - just reference this thread so I know what we are looking for.

Yeah, I haven't noticed this in this year's iteration, but in a past edition I once had to set a CPU team's line-up because of the Invalid Roster Settings. The team had just gotten really unlucky injury wise, something like 7 guys, and I had to put someone into a position they weren't normally set to play in order to make it work. You can always just Heal Injury for that team too if this is indeed the cause, some of the injuries are probably minor sore or strains.

The next update I will have some code in there to basically just have the AI to put anyone in temporarily and just adjust the matchups in game as needed. It goes through a ton of checks already but if you have enough injured guys all at one position there still is the remote chance the AI needs some help so this should alleviate that rare instance.

It all worked after i restarted. I still have the Trade issue sometimes, which is easily fixed by pressing ESC for some reason.

Is there a possiblity to force trades? I want to sim a league with some people and we negotiate the trades with each other but the game doesnt let us do them

Yes if you click that LOGIN button at the top it will switch you to the commissioner (click it again to switch back) - if you are the commissioner you can force trades through
