I enjoy the game, but I personally am not interested in anything to do with the D League. I was wondering if there are any options currently, or coming in the future, that would allow me to only interact with the NBA without having to handle the D League draft or sim their games?

When I sim a full season, the D League games take up over half of the simulated games. It already takes a long time to sim one season and I feel like giving me the option to remove the D League would make simming much quicker.

There is not a way to disable the d-league as its tied into too many facets of roster management with the ability to call players up and down as well as sign players to two way contracts
