Fictional Leagues

I've run through a number of fantasy drafts with various league configurations and it looks like certain players repeat (only with slightly different information each year). For instance there is usually a 19-20 year old center with a near 100 def and 2 1/2 out of 4 stars. So it looks like it starts with particular player templates which it then randomizes within parameters. Is there a way to play with those player templates?
