You may see different things on your home page based on the screen resolution size your monitor is capable of running. As for pricing sometimes the price is different because we have different sales and if its not in USD it all depends on how each place is doing the currency conversions and we don't have any control over that but there is no difference between the games themselves other than one runs on Steam and one doesn't. The only real difference is that if you purchase directly from our website you're eligible for discounts on pre-orders of future versions whereas that is not the case for those who buy on Steam
