Players signed from Developmental League

New in the game, learning a lot, so far loving it, but as I learn some questions arise... How do you see the Major League transactions?? I am running a team in the Developmental League, and some of the teams above are signing my players, but I can see no report in the Transactions news, and I don't receive an e-mail to tell me anything... Am I missing it?
