When choosing my team in the league creation menu, I selected 'NONE' as I figured it'd be unrealistic to choose any team I desired. Now I'm in-game, I've simulated all the way into January, and for the life of me I still can't figure out how to actually get a job. Is it even possible to be apply for a position, or must I manually choose a team when creating my league?
