Country Code?

New user here, and was playing around with possibly having a Euro league. I thought I would try and look at the Access file (.mdb) to get an idea of what I would need to change players around. There is a data field for "Country" and it is numeric. I know by looking at some of the players in the game that a 1 = USA, but is there a list of the other codes? If a code isn't there, can it be added? For example, I found a player from Portugal, but that country doesn't have a flag graphic, so I am assuming that the county isn't represented in the game. Can we add a country and corresponding graphic?
