Another database question about color

I'm playing with modding to play a European League, and am using the historical.mdb as a guide. I've gotten stumped on the color codes for the various teams in there. I've seen and used hex or RGB, but these codes are not in those ranges that I can tell. Anyone got an idea? I am assuming that these are then read as the default color of the teams. I know that I could go in and edit each one manually, but if it can be done programmatically, that is the way I want to go. Any help would be most appreciated!!!
