If you have an existing league, I believe you have to put it in the League folder, that worked for me.

Just a heads up on your Teams.xml file:

1. You misspelled Vikings and Raiders. Currently, they're spelled "Vickings" and "Riders".

2. The abbreviations for the National and American Conferences should be "NFC" and "AFC" instead of "Nat" and "Amer".

3. Oakland Raiders should probably be named the Las Vegas Raiders now in the "2002-Present" format, seeing as they've made it official w/ the name change. Not sure what their abbreviation will be yet, but I'm assuming it'll be "LV"

4. Abbreviation for the LA Chargers should be "LAC" instead of "LA" and the abbreviation for the LA Rams should be "LAR" instead of "STL".

5. Small nitpick here... but all team/conference abbreviations should probably be in all-caps (CAR/SEA/DEN instead of Car/Sea/Den). That's how they're shown on scoreboards and score tickers during game days.

Everything else seems okay, though.

I fixed everything except point 3, just beacuse the rosters are updated to last season, when team was called OAK
