Bringing in Draft class and custom plays

I am not an expert when it comes to editing databases converting files etc. I find the process quite daunting. If someone could help me to create a draft class and create Offensive and defensive plays I would be quite appreciative. Would be willing to compensate for time. I have the plays I want drawn out on paper.
