Can we mod League Formats? Or alter playoff seeding?

I'd like 1 conference with 16 teams 4 divisions with 6 playoff spots.
Basically 1 conference of todays real world NFL.
Currently we have the option of 16 teams with 2 conferences and 8 playoff teams. I'd like to alter that if I could.
Is this even a possibility atm?
