Apologies I figured it out, I think. For some reason the game installed on my onedrive documents folder instead of my local documents folder. WTF. I don't even use onedrive. I'm uninstalling and re-installing it onto my local HD. Will report back.

Yes, that is a common issue nowadays. By default Windows 10 uses OneDrive for documents folder so you either have to change that or just remember when installing the mod (or any other things) to have the full path correct.

Sorry to hear that, hopefully you can resolve. I suspect the mod will work too, but of course more important to get the actual game working for you.

My mod is not a roster mod and does not include players and such. My mod is graphical and real team names and such. The first post explains what is included. Anything to do with players is the actual game itself or somebody elses mod.

Nope.....this mod is actually usable for Steam and Non-Steam versions. The developer would have to enable the game to be compatible with Steam workshop, which I doubt they have any desire to do. Pretty straightforward to download and install but certainly let me know if you have any issues.
