Any Mods for all historical players at once?

Hi,

I'm very new to the game, demo-ing 2020 to see if I want to buy 2021 (probably do). Are there any historical player mods that allow you to pick players from throughout the league's history, or do you have to choose a single individual season to base a new league on in all cases? I know stats would be whacky, but would like to try that if it's possible.
