Yes, this can be used along with the real world mod. This will install photos, while the real world mod handles names, logos, etc.

Still having an issue getting his Player Photo Pack to show up in Career Mode or Sandbox.

I've followed the Extraction instructions for Non-Steam but each time the customize pictures fail to show up. Can someone give some advice here...

If you created a league before installing this pack, you may have to to copy them to documents/Wolverine Studios/DDSPF 2021/Leagues/(league name)/HTML/Images/Players

Other suggestions is to not copy the pictures folder into the pictures folder, you copy the files from the pictures folder only into the other pictures locations and possibly needing to create a new save for things to start working <----
