installing mods

Hello all,
Having issues installing mods into the game, they download to a "Documents" file but how do i get them into the actual game?

Hello, best to ask the question on the specific mod thread that your trying to install. Then the author can try and assist. If your referring to my real world mod, take a look at the very first post as it identifies the exact steps required.
