Well it's not really a new skin but I made some changes to white background on some screens ( for those who don't like too much brightness).

Instructions :
Downloaded file called CustomTheme.css needs to go in Documents\Wolverine Studios\DDSPF21 folder ( that's where your Leagues folder is but don't put this file in Leagues folder)
That's it ! If you'd like to check them all out then then make sure to delete previous file and replace with new one. Lastly if you don't like any of them just delete this CustomTheme file from that location and the game will use default Theme. Also if you download all of them make sure you seperate them (maybe create folders for each) because they all have the same name so they will get renamed to CustomTheme (1), Custom Theme(2) etc. and this won't work.

Invisible Witness how do we create these? Seems like it might be simple enough for me to try. As for what you created I need something different so the reason to ask how you did these. I need something far less hard on the eyes.
