I've been trying to locate the historical roster file, I see it mentioned and linked quite a bit but each time I click the link I get redirected back to the forum home page. I think the link might be broken, or the original post removed?

I have been having the same trouble as you. I hope someone can answer your question so I can find out too! I have been wanting to play with the 90s Cowboys lol

downloaded and put file in .. changed to historical rosters in new league..problem all teams are empty.. is there a way to have the rosters already on the correct teams
