PF2023 how to import? Export?

Hi, I own a copy of Pro Football 23. I am trying to move players from an original league to a second league and don't know how to do it. Trying to keep the players to their original teams would be a plus. I don't have a degree in computer coding but would certainly be willing to learn elementary stuff. Any help anyone could give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I imagine I would use the 'Import' and 'Export' buttons and tried to do so, and nothing happened. Have seen nothing on any site or Reddit that has helped me at all. Thanks for hearing me out.
