I will send you a PM but maybe you can help me out with something and I know things never come out right in text on the internet so please let me make it clear this is a totally honest question that I am asking with the goal of improving how we do things and that's all it is. You've been a customer of ours for some time now - we posted the information for the pre-order/sale on the forums, in our blog, with a banner at the top of the website pages, in the webstore, on facebook, twitter, instagram multiple times, posted the trailer on YouTube and sent out emails directly to our mailing list. In all of those efforts how did we fail in informing a customer like yourself that the game was coming out and that there was a pre-order/upgrade discount available for it?

Again, this question is completely meant for me to learn how it is we're not reaching customers like yourself with this information and how we can improve that in the future.
