How do I retire and create a new coach?

I would like to retire in my current Challenge career and create a new coach. Can I do this? If so, how? I have looked all over the UI, including the Options and Login (Commissioner) areas, tried to see if I needed to call the AD at the end of the season, and I cannot see how to retire.

Any help would be appreciated.

There is not a way to retire a coach at this time. I will add this to my notes though to add this in at some point.

Just out of curiosity, could you export the DB, start a new game beginning with the year you "retired", create a new identity and then import the old DB?
