Recruiting Question - possible to flip a commitment?

Quick recruiting question, Is it possible to flip a commitment?

Let's say I am in the top 2 and the recruit decides to commit to another school. I can still offer him and do home visits and bribe him. Is there still a chance to flip his commitment to me before he signs his LOI?

Theoretically it's possible in the code, I believe. But I haven't seen any instances of it myself.

Nope. Only way a commitment doesn't follow through is if the recruit fails to hit the school's SAT score, and that DOES happen.
