Completed my first season - thoroughly enjoyed the experience - thank you for the tips/advice so far -

Recruiting - because I am a low prestige school I have 4-5 players showing at least 1 bar of interest ..

IF I add players with no interest to my call list - is there a chance week to week that their interest gains a bar?

OR am I wasting time adding players with no interest bars to my call list and only focus on the few players with interest?

Players with no interest may show interest, but usually only if they are from your home state or nearby, or if they match your academics or like your facilities, or if you can offer them immediate Playing Time, or if they match your Discipline rating. With a low ranked school Prestige and Conf. Prestige usually won't help you. And in March and April you will have a greatly increased chance of landing anyone who has not committed yet. This makes sense because it's fair to assume that the school(s) they wanted did not want them.
