Players Declaring Early Option Suggestion for future version

Currently, in the game, we have the option to either allow the game to run as the NCAA does and allow players to declare early or not allow them to declare early at all. If the option to allow players to not declare early is chosen then things tend to get a little lopsided.

Back in DDSCB3 (I think, may have been a later version) I played a 25-year dynasty (with the option to not allow underclassmen to declare) UCLA won 17 National titles and played in 21 of those title games and made the final four all but one year. The Top 10 each year was almost a copy of the year before, the conference champions would have long runs of the same teams winning every year (Duke and NC played for the ACC title every single year). In DDSCB:19 I have tested and the issue is still there, 5 years into a Dynasty and Gonzaga has won 4 straight titles, losing only 2 games over 5 years and the top 10 is settling in as the same year over year.

In a future build of the game (think 2020 forward) I would like to see one of three things.

A.) The ability to choose what year a player can leave college, instead "one and done" or all 4 years, it would be nice to be able to choose whether they can leave after any of the seasons, say a drop down, that allows you to select AFTER what year they can declare for the draft. So you can choose Freshman, Sophomore, Junior or Senior.

B.) If it has to be "one and done" or all 4 years then maybe a reduction in player progression logic and/or recruiting success. It seems like even with 4 years turned on teams recruit like they are recruiting for "one and done", for example, if a Duke has a 5 star So point guard and a 4.5 star Freshman PG then HS PG in the top echelon should be looking at other schools and not favor Duke since they won't get to play for several years. If Kentucky has 3 PF's in the pipeline to carry them through the next 3-4 years then they should struggle to land more PF's of a high caliber.

C.) A slider of some sorts that allows you to tweak how many players declare early. For example at 0 players will elect to stay in school and only the very rare, super talented player will declare (say the Freshman phenom who leads his team to a national title, winning awards along the way), while at max (10/100) players make a mass exodus. This setting could be tweaked from season to season in the options so that if a situation like explained above with UCLA or Gonzaga begins to occur you tweak the setting up some and players start to head for the pros.

Just a few thoughts.
