Short answer: No

Long answer: There'd be nothing to do other than schedule games and hire coaches, which you already have considerable control of as the head coach in scheduling and in terms of your assistants. You wouldn't be recruiting, wouldn't be coaching the games, etc.

Honestly, a game where you're the AD *could* be interesting. But it would be a totally different setup and design, with entirely different objectives - it'd involve you mostly dealing with budgets and allocating money to the various teams at your school, setting up scheduling for each of the programs, and hiring/firing individual sports head coaches. All the individual sports would have to be abstract simulated in terms of results so as not to eat up a computer's resources.
