In game font changed

Not sure what I did, but a lot of areas of the game the font has appeared to have changed. It's not too big of an issue except it had changed the spacing of the recruiting screen and does not fully display some words and sections. Do I need to uninstall and reinstall the game. I cannot find another way to attempt to fix it.

Uninstall/Reinstall seems like a simple way to fix it.
