Game Keeps Crashing

I recently purchased DDS College Basketball 2019 and the game keeps crashing while simming games. It doesn't crash at any other point. The error message reads something like can't access database "working.cbb". I am running with the DDSCB19 Full College Mod v2.01, but I have tried running a sim with the default settings as well and get the same result. I have tried simming games a week at a time and a day at a time, but come up with the same error. It seems to become more frequent as the game progresses. I appreciate any ideas to help. Thanks.
