Make sure that the whole range of the ratings scale is used visibly and under the hood. For example in CBB 19 I didn't see one player with ball handling above 6. Every rating should have at least a few players who are a 10 in that skill, both in the scouting of that player and in terms of their actual ability.

Tying in somewhat to the request above, there needs to be more lower rated recruits who are specialists or elite in one skill. These players will also reach their potential in that skill regardless of coaching.

The scouting notes should not repeat themselves with the the same message week after week, nor should they be contradictory so often. Even bad scouts will have talk about the total range of players ability and be pretty consistency with their observations even if they misjudge a player.

Reduce the amount of shot blocking per game, especially blocked jump shots, and blocks by smaller PGs and SGs. There should be more missed shots categorized as heavily contested misses.

When the bench is automatically emptied during a blowout, the starters should not come back in unless the lead gets under double digits with more than a minute left in the game.

Immediate return of scholarship when a player goes pro, and grad transfers.

I agree on the first two.

And to add on to the scouting notes idea. I would like to be able to prioritize the information my scout attempts to gather. For example, I could make work ethic the main priority as a way to screen out poorly disciplined/lazy players early in the process. Instead I have to wait weeks and sometimes that note never appears.

The following request was in another thread:

Will there be season to season conference movement and playoff format adjustment (season by season) finally?

Playing off of this suggestion...

The scouting notes should not repeat themselves with the the same message week after week, nor should they be contradictory so often. Even bad scouts will have talk about the total range of players ability and be pretty consistency with their observations even if they misjudge a player.

I wish there were a better ways to see 3 things in recruiting. First are the scouting notes. I really just want to know if the scout said one of the bad things about them... gets hurt too much... is a bad kid... or good things... works hard... etc. If there were a way to sort for that or see that without opening every player that would be a huge help. Second... if there were a way to sort to find the camp standouts... MVPs, top 5, top 10, etc. That would help without searching through the recruits. third... if there a way to sort for the recruits that have you in their top ten... the ultimate would be to sort by where they have you in their top ten. This is also a pain to search through the recruits.

Love the game and recruiting but if it were a bit easier to see the hidden things that are not in the overview list it would be great.

I still think that more in depth recruiting would be great. To have the ability to recruit players years in advance would be awesome.

I also think that being able to see in the scouting report your overall head to head record and the results of the last 5 games in the series would be fun. Also being able to see head to head results vs coaches so you can see how well you've done against a rival coach.

Curious if it is known for the new upcoming version if it will support adding teams and/or changing conference structure

For example, UCONN leaving American and going back to Big East. In its current state I believe if you remove a team, you have to add one back

Also with some additions upcoming (Merrimack this year ) will bring it up to 353 Div1 teams. But we also will have Bellarmine (2020) Dixie State (2020) UC San Diego (2020) Tarleton State (2020) as well as various conf changes

Will we be able to have conferences playing 20 conf games?

My hope is that in the future we can do these types of things to allow to either recreate past scenarios, but for me more importantly allow for upcoming future changes to help keep an existing dynasty immersive without starting new every year

This isn’t big or even important but I would like to see more realistic salaries for head coaches. I seen some power 5 schools pay there coaches under 400k a year. When in real life according to USA Today the lowest paid power 5 coach is the California coach making 1 mil a year.
