Guide for offense and defense sets?

Is there anywhere in game, on the forum, or in a guide that gives a breakdown,or at least thumbnail sketch (for people unfamiliar with the intricacies of b-ball strategy) of the various offensive and defensive sets? I would like to better understand what the strengths and weakness of each set are related specifically to this game if possible. Thank you

In the game go to to the Team Strategy (left side little over half way down).
On the right side of the Strategy Screen there is a drop down <<SELECT OFFENSE>> that will give you brief descriptions of each Offense. If you look up from there by your large logo you can Select Defense and see the same type descriptions for Defense.

Good place to start. If you need more info of general basketball I could probably link a few sites to look at.
