Need Advice..Some teams have all Zeros for ratings?

While perusing some of the other teams in my league, I noticed that a few teams here and there have all zeros for their team's player ratings. How do I fix that?

I’m pretty sure that means you haven’t scouted then. You can only see scouted teams ratings. Or your own team of course.

One thing I do while it’s not exact science but look at where the players were ranked in high school. And look at incoming recruits. Sometimes will make one team more obvious to pick.
